§ 262.10 LONGEVITY ALLOWANCE FOR NON-POLICE DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEES.
   In addition to their regular salaries, employees of the Service, Water, Administrative and Fire Departments who are employed 40 or more hours per week are entitled to longevity pay as follows. All members who have completed, or who hereafter complete three years of service, shall be entitled to receive $30 per year longevity allowance up to and including 25 years of service for a maximum of $750 per year. The longevity allowance shall be considered earned on the annual anniversary date of the employee’s employment and shall be payable with the next regular payroll following the anniversary date. The years of service must be consecutive.
