§ 262.07 RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT FOR ALL VILLAGE EMPLOYEES.

All village employees hired after March 12, 2019, must reside in Hamilton County or in any adjacent Ohio county. All village employees who prior to March 12, 2019, resided outside that geographic area may continue to do so but, if they move they must move into Hamilton County or any adjacent Ohio county.
