§ 262.06 DISCIPLINE.
   (a)   An employee may be disciplined for not abiding by the rules and regulations of his or her department or changes to the rules and regulations or orders issued from time to time by the department head.
   (b)   An employee may be disciplined for incompetency, inefficiency, dishonesty, drunkenness, immoral conduct, insubordination, discourteous treatment of the public, failure to pay just debts, conviction on a criminal charge and failure of good behavior.
   (c)   Disciplinary measures shall be taken by the Village Administrator.
