§ 262.02 BONDS.
   The Director of Finance and the Tax Administrator shall be bonded for at least $5,000 and all clerks shall be bonded for at least $3,000. The Mayor and the Village Administrator may require higher bonds if deemed necessary and shall also have other employees bonded if they so desire.
