For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ADMISSION. Seats, chairs, tables and benches and other similar accommodations and charges made therefore.
AMOUNTS RECEIVED FOR ADMISSION. Does not include any federal taxes paid or received with reference to such admission.
PERSON. Includes individuals, firms, partnerships, associations, corporations and municipalities and other political subdivisions of the state.
