§ 856.44 REVOCATION OF LICENSES OF LICENSEES OPERATING UNLICENSED VEHICLES.
   If the Village Administrator finds, after public hearing, that any licensee of a public vehicle or vehicles has, within six months prior to such hearing, knowingly operated or caused or permitted to be operated for compensation any other public vehicle without a license, the Administrator may revoke any or all of the public vehicle licenses which such licensee holds.
