§ 856.40 REVOCATION OF LICENSES OBTAINED BY MISREPRESENTATION.

Whenever it appears, upon investigation and hearing by the Village Administrator, that a license issued under this chapter was obtained by misrepresentation, the Administrator shall notify the Village Clerk-Treasurer of such fact and the Village Clerk-Treasurer shall thereupon revoke the license.
