§ 856.35 USE OF VEHICLES FOR UNLAWFUL OR IMMORAL PURPOSES.

No person shall use a public vehicle for an unlawful or immoral purpose. When such unlawful or immoral use occurs with the knowledge of the person owning or driving the public vehicle, the Village Administrator, after a hearing, may revoke the vehicle license for the vehicle involved.
