(a) Effective January 1, 1999, pay periods for municipal officers and employees are hereby established as follows:
(1) Monthly.
A. Mayor.
B. Village Clerk-Treasurer.
C. Council members.
D. Fire Department officers.
E. Fire Department personnel.
(2) Bi-weekly.
A. Police Department personnel.
B. Account Clerk.
C. Code Enforcement Officer.
D. Village Administrator.
E. Administrative Secretary.
F. Finance Director.
G. Recreation Director.
H. Full-time firefighter.
I. Clerk of Courts.
J. School guards.
K. Summer help.
(3) Weekly.
A. Department of Service Personnel
B. Department of Water Personnel
(b) All pay shall be paid on Fridays, with pay periods ending on the previous day; provided, however, that those paid on a monthly basis shall be paid on the first Friday of each new month.
