§ 852.02 LICENSES REQUIRED.

No person shall sell or in any way dispose of ice cream, candy or other allied products from a vehicle without first obtaining licenses therefore from the Chief of Police for the vehicle and for the driver, and then only between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
