The Village Administrator or the Chief of Police may deny the issuance of a license for good cause and may revoke or suspend a license at any time during the period for which it is valid, due to numerous complaints, disorder, fighting, brawling, excessive noise, persons of bad character or ill repute frequenting the licensed establishment, gambling or any situation not in the best interest of the public affected.
