§ 828.06 MAINTENANCE OF PREMISES.

All premises used as a junk yard or junk shop shall be kept and maintained in as clean, as sanitary and as neat a condition as such business will reasonably permit. The person operating the junk yard or junk shop shall maintain the premises so used so that rats, vermin and fire hazards are, so far as practical, reduced to a minimum.
