(a) No permittee shall post more than one garage sale sign per street front on the premises on which the sale is to be conducted. No such sign shall exceed nine square feet in area or be illuminated or animated.
(b) No such sign shall be permitted, erected or maintained on a public right-of-way or on premises other than where such sale is being conducted.
(c) Such signs shall be displayed only during the days on which such sale is being conducted.
