§ 820.02 GARAGE SALE DEFINED.

As used in this chapter, GARAGE SALE means a sale of personal property to the general public conducted on any portion of residential premises in a residential zoning district in the municipality, including, but not limited to, home sales, yard sales, carport sales, driveway sales, rummage sales and the like.
