§ 812.03 LICENSE APPLICATION; INVENTORY REQUIRED.
   (a)   Any person wishing to obtain the license required by § 812.02 shall apply for such license, in writing, on a form provided by the Mayor. The applicant shall set forth in such application his or her name and address, the location of his or her business and such other pertinent information as the Mayor may require. The applicant shall include with his or her application an inventory which contains a complete and accurate list of the stock of goods, wares or merchandise to be sold at the sale for which the license is requested, together with the wholesale price thereof. The application shall be signed by the person seeking the license or by his or her duly authorized resident agent.
   (b)   The Mayor is hereby authorized to waive the requirement of an inventory, as set forth in division (a), if, in his or her opinion, the public interest requires it.
