§ 254.03 CONTRACT WITH OUTSIDE AGENCY.

The Village Council may approve a contract with an outside agency for tax services normally fulfilled by the Tax Administrator. Such agency’s work for the village shall be performed at the direction of the Village Administrator, who shall serve as Tax Administrator if no other person is so designated by the Mayor and Council.
