Effective January 1, 1994, the positions of Tax Commissioner and Assistant Tax Commissioner are hereby merged into the single position of Tax Administrator. The salary shall be the same as the salary had been for the Assistant Tax Commissioner prior to January 1, 1994, and may be changed as determined by Council from time to time. The salary shall be payable on the fifteenth and thirtieth days of each month, at one- twenty-fourth of the total annual salary.
