For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
POSSESS or POSSESSION. Having control over a tobacco product.
SALE or SELL. Delivery, barter, exchange, transfer, gift, or offer thereof, and each such transaction made by any person, whether as principal, proprietor, agent, servant, or employee.
SMOKE. To burn any tobacco product including cigarettes, cigars, tobacco products, in pipes or other smoking devices or materials.
TOBACCO PRODUCTS. Any substance which contains tobacco, including cigarettes, cigars, smoking tobacco and smokeless tobacco.
USE OF TOBACCO. To smoke, chew, or retain any substance containing tobacco in the mouth.
