§ 678.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Unless otherwise specified, the first violation of this chapter 678 of the codified ordinances of the village shall be a minor misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not more than $100.
   (b)   Second violation of this chapter by any person shall be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, punishable by a fine of not more than $250 and by community service of not more than eight hours, or by a combination of part or all of the foregoing.
   (c)   The third and all subsequent violations of this section by any person shall be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, punishable by a fine of not more than $250 and by community service of not more than 40 hours and by imprisonment of up to 30 days or by a combination of part or all of the foregoing.
   (d)   Proceedings against all minor children for violations of this chapter shall be in accordance with Ohio Revised Code 2151.
