§ 674.07 CITATIONS FOR VIOLATIONS; RECORDS OF FINES.
   (a)   The Police Department or the Code Enforcement Officer shall issue citations for a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter.
   (b)   A separate record shall be kept of all fines collected for violations of this chapter.
