(a) No person shall sell firearms, guns, ammunition, hunting knives or other dangerous weapons at any retail establishment within 1,000 feet of the boundary of a parcel of real estate upon which a school is located.
(b) As used herein, the word
SCHOOL means an accredited public or private education institution for one or more of the grades kindergarten through the 12th grade.
(c) Whoever violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
