§ 606.125 FAILURE TO REPORT DANGEROUS CONDITIONS OR SUBSTANCES ON PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   (a)   No person shall knowingly fail to report as soon as possible to the Lockland Police Department any of the following occurring in any public building or on any public grounds:
      (1)   Any unfriendly (unwanted or accidental) fire;
      (2)   Any deadly weapon, including, but not limited to, any firearm, knife, zip gun, explosive device, incendiary device or dangerous ordnance;
      (3)   Any controlled substance, as defined in §§ 624.01, except where dispensed, possessed and administered pursuant to a proper prescription and for medical purposes; or
      (4)   Any threat or a crime, including, but not limited to, a bomb threat, kidnaping threat or arson threat.
   (b)   No person shall knowingly fail to report to the Lockland Fire Department any of the following occurring in any public building or on any public grounds:
      (1)   Any unwanted or accidental fire;
      (2)   Any explosive device or incendiary device; or
      (3)   Any bomb threat or arson threat.
   (c)   A call to 911 shall be deemed compliance with the requirements of divisions (a) and (b).
   (d)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Punishment shall be as provided in § 698.02.
