§ 234.02 DEPUTY VILLAGE CLERK-TREASURER.
   (a)   There is hereby established the position of Deputy Village Clerk-Treasurer.
   (b)   It shall be the duty of such Deputy Village Clerk-Treasurer to carry out the instructions of and answer to the Village Clerk-Treasurer.
   (c)   The full-time position of Deputy Village Clerk-Treasurer shall receive all the benefits that are provided for all full-time employees in the Department of Service.
