§ 262.16 PROHIBITION OF THE USE OF MARIJUANA.
   Marijuana continues to be illegal under federal law. That includes medical marijuana and marijuana for recreational use. In compliance with the Village of Lockland's desire to maintain a workplace free of illegal drugs and drugs which, despite their legal status within the State of Ohio, create undue risks when used by village employees, the use of medical marijuana as defined by R.C. Chapter 3796 and adult use cannabis as defined by R.C. Chapter 3780 by village employees are prohibited.
