(a) Failure to register a vacant, foreclosed property will result in the imposition of a civil fine in the amount of $500 on the first day, and having once been notified, each additional day that the property remains unregistered shall constitute a separate civil offense.
(b) Failure to maintain accurate information once having registered will result in the imposition of a civil fine in the amount of $500 on the first day, and having once been notified, each additional day that the information remains inaccurate shall constitute a separate civil offense.
(c) Failure to maintain the property in accordance with the maintenance provisions contained in § 1484.06 will result in the imposition of a civil fine in the amount of $500 on the first day, and having once been notified, each additional day that the property fails to meet the maintenance provisions shall constitute a separate, civil offense.
