§ 1060.16 VILLAGE DISPOSAL CONTRACTS AND SALE OF CONTAINERS.
   The Village Administrator or, in the absence of a Village Administrator, the Mayor, may provide for the sale of approved garbage and trash disposal containers to Lockland residents and businesses by the Village of Lockland. The purchase of such containers by the village for sale to its businesses and residents shall be approved as other village purchases are approved and the Village Administrator or Mayor may establish the price at which the containers are to be sold based upon the cost to the village, including delivery, storage and handling of the containers. It is further provided that the Village Administrator may provide for the pick-up of commercial, industrial or business garbage and rubbish by the village provided that the owners of such commercial, industrial or business locations enter into a contract for such a service with the village which covers the costs of the village as determined by the Village Administrator based on the cost of the manpower and equipment necessary to remove the material and deliver it to a disposal site and all costs to utilize said disposal site.
