§ 1060.06 ARTICLES NOT TO BE COLLECTED.
   (a)   No articles of value shall be placed next to or within the immediate vicinity of waste containers. The village assumes no responsibility for any articles placed by the property owner at the curb or next to the trash and garbage cans.
   (b)   (1)   The following items will not be collected by the village:
         A.   Tires;
         B.   Household hazardous waste including, but not limited to, automotive fluids, pesticides, fertilizers, solvents, thinners, lawn chemicals, pool chemicals, cleaners, household or automobile batteries, liquid paint, prescription drugs, fire extinguishers or propane tanks;
         C.   Radioactive materials;
         D.   Medical waste;
         E.   Explosives;
         F.   Ammunition;
         G.   Gun powder;
         H.   Heating oil tanks;
         I.   Fuel tanks;
         J.   Smoke alarms;
         K.   Roofing materials;
         L.   Computers;
         M.   Electronics; or
         N.   Animal waste that is not contained in a sturdy and leak proof bag or suitable container.
      (2)   Residents should contact the Hamilton County Solid Waste Management Agency for advice on the disposal of these items.
