The approved symbol shall be placed within 24 inches to the left of the main entry door and:
(a) The distance above the grade, walking surface or the finished floor to the bottom of the symbol shall be not less than four feet (48 inches).
(b) The distance above the grade, walking surface or the finished floor to the top of the symbol shall be not more than six feet (72 inches).
