§ 1262.17 PARKING IN AND ACCESS FROM ALLEYS AND NARROW STREETS; EXCEPTIONS.

   (a)   Access to residential parking areas, including garages, may be from rear alleys of at least ten feet in width.

   (b)   Access to any nonresidential use parking areas, including garages, may be from rear alleys of at least ten feet in width if approved by the Village Code Enforcement Officer.
