(a) No off-street parking area, lot, or garage shall be used for any purpose other than the parking of motor vehicles related to the premises. The sale or repair of vehicles within required parking areas is prohibited. The storage of merchandise within required parking areas is prohibited without a temporary use permit pursuant to Chapter 1272, Temporary Uses.
(b) Storage of vehicles in parking areas is prohibited as described in § 1270.09(f)(2)(B).
(c) Trucks parked in a front yard in the Residential or RO Districts shall not be larger than one ton gross vehicle weight.
(d) Trucks bearing a business name or logo shall not park for more than 24 hours in the front yard in the Commercial or R-O-C Districts.
