For any off-street parking area required under this chapter, and for any other proposed parking area for five or more vehicles, a plan shall be submitted with the application for a zoning certificate to the Village Code Enforcement Officer to review for compliance with these regulations and for any other applicable regulations. Any such parking plan shall show the following:
(a) The number of parking stalls;
(b) The arrangement of parking aisles;
(c) The location of driveway entrances;
(d) Provisions for vehicular and pedestrian circulation;
(e) The location of sidewalks, lighting and curbs on or adjacent to the property;
(f) The location of utilities, barriers, shelters, and signs;
(g) The location of landscaped areas and the types and location of vegetation to be planted in them;
(h) Typical cross sections of pavement, storm water drainage facilities; and
(i) Any other relevant information requested by the village.
