The Financial Services Manager of the Village of Lockland shall, upon notification of the Police Chief or Fire Chief, give notice by regular mail to the owner of the property upon which the alarm system is located, at the address of record with the Hamilton County Auditor, to pay the $100 per false alarm assessment. In the event the same is not paid within 30 days after the mailing of said notice, then said amount shall be determined to be delinquent and shall be collected in a manner as is authorized by law, unless appealed as provided in § 1064.05.
