§ 412.12 HORSES AND HORSE-DRAWN VEHICLES.

(a) No person shall ride or walk a horse or operate a horse-drawn vehicle upon any street or highway in the village or upon any public property of the village. However, the Village Administrator may issue permits for the use of horses or horse-drawn vehicles in parades, festivals or other special events.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
