(a) The Council of the Village of Lockland, in conformance with publication and posting requirements of the Ohio Revised Code has identified five of the most public locations in the village for the purpose of posting legislation.
(b) The following five places are determined to be five of the most public places in the village:
(1) Town Hall - 101 North Cooper Avenue.
(2) Mill Street Public Parking Lot - 115 Mill Street.
(3) Wayne Avenue Public Parking Lot - 613 W. Wyoming Avenue.
(4) Gardner Park - Bacon Street at Westview Avenue.
(5) Post Office - 117 Anna Street.
