Pursuant to Ohio R.C. § 731.231, the 2005 Ohio Fire Code (OFC) as adopted by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of the State Fire Marshal, and as published in the Ohio Administrative Code (O.A.C. 1301:7-7-01 et seq.), which is based on the 2003 International Fire Code published by the International Code Committee, is hereby adopted by the Village of Lockland.
