§ 1490.06 SUBMISSION OF THE URBAN RENEWAL PLAN TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION.

Any Urban Renewal Plan or amendment thereto proposed by the Mayor or Village Administrator shall be referred by Council to the Planning Commission for review and approval, modification or disapproval. In the event of failure to approve the plan the Planning Commission shall communicate its reasons therefore to Council.
