§ 1490.03 URBAN RENEWAL AREAS DESIGNATED BY PLANNING COMMISSION.

The Planning Commission may from time to time, or upon request from the Mayor or Village Administrator, identify proposed urban renewal areas. The village may prepare or cause to be prepared, plans and recommendations or draft urban renewal plans for the urban renewal of such areas.
