§ 1480.52 WINDOW AND DOOR SCREENINGS.
   (a)   During that portion of the year when there is a need for protection against mosquitoes, flies and other flying insects, every outer door, openable window or other opening used for ventilation shall be provided with screens having not more than one-sixteenth inch mesh. Screen doors shall be provided with self-closing devices.
   (b)   Every basement or cellar window or other opening located at or near ground level which provides an entry for rodents shall, when open, be supplied with an approved screen of not more than one-half inch mesh or such other devices as will prevent entry of such rodents.
