(a) No rooming unit shall be located or arranged so as to require passage through a bathroom, toilet room, another rooming unit or a sleeping room of a dwelling unit in order to gain access to or exit therefrom.
(b) Each rooming unit shall have an entrance door with an operating lock to ensure privacy.
(c) Rooming units shall not contain cooking or food storage facilities.
