§ 1480.45 FLOOR SPACE IN SLEEPING ROOMS IN ROOMING UNITS.

Every room occupied for sleeping purposes in a rooming house shall contain a minimum of 80 square feet of habitable room area for one occupant and, when occupied by more than one occupant, shall contain at least 60 square feet of habitable room area for each occupant.
