§ 1480.36 WATER HEATING FACILITIES.
   Every dwelling shall be supplied with water heating facilities which are properly installed, provided with all required automatic or safety devices and, when so required, properly vented to an approved chimney or flue, and are properly connected to water lines and maintained in a safe and good operating condition. A water heating facility shall be capable of heating water to such a temperature as to permit an adequate amount of water to be drawn at every required kitchen sink, lavatory basin and bathtub or shower at a temperature of not less than 120° F and not more than 140° F. No water heating facility using solid, gaseous or liquid fuel shall be installed in any room used or designed for sleeping purposes, or a bathroom, toilet room or garage or in any room or space which is not properly ventilated.
