§ 1480.33 ACCESS TO BATHROOMS AND TOILET ROOMS.

No dwelling or rooming house shall be so arranged that access to a bathroom or toilet room required passage through a sleeping room, bathroom or toilet room of another dwelling unit or rooming unit. Bathrooms or toilet rooms are to be located so that all travel thereto, from each occupied room, is through an enclosed area.
