§ 1480.32 FLUSH WATER CLOSETS.

No water closet shall be of the flush hopper, frostproof hopper or similar type, nor shall privies be permitted. Flush hoppers or frostproof-type water closets, which are removed or ordered to be removed, shall have the sewer and water lines capped in an approved manner.
