§ 1480.21 VIOLATIONS; REVOCATION OF PERMITS.
   Whenever, upon the inspection of a rooming or boarding house, the Housing Inspector finds that conditions or practices exist which are in violation of any provision of this Housing Code, the Housing Inspector shall give notice, in writing, to the operator of such rooming or boarding house pursuant to § 1480.07. At the end of the time period specified in the notice, the Housing Inspector shall re-inspect the rooming or boarding house and if he or she finds that such conditions or practices have not been corrected, and if no petition for hearing has been filed, the Housing Inspector shall give notice in writing to the operator and owner that the permit therefore has been revoked. Upon receipt of such notice, the operator shall immediately cease operation of such rooming or boarding house and no person shall let for occupancy or occupy for sleeping or living purposes any rooming unit therein.
