Dish-type satellite signal receiving stations shall be located in the rear yard and behind the principal dwelling or structure located on the lot; shall be located so that however turned or otherwise used, all parts of the station are set back at least five feet from the inner side yard lines; and shall be set back from the rear lot line not less than 20 feet or one-half the depth of the rear yard, whichever is greater.
