Pursuant to the provisions of R.C. § 731.231, there is hereby adopted by the village, for the purpose of governing and regulating electrical installations in dwelling units, multi-family dwelling units, and accessory structure, commercial, and industrial buildings and uses, that certain code known as the National Electric Code published by the National Fire Protection Association, the most recent edition adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards and referenced in the Residential Code of Ohio and the Ohio Building Code including all subsequent revisions and replacements thereto.
