Pursuant to the provisions of R.C. § 731.231, there is hereby adopted by the village, the Ohio Building Code (OBC) and related codes as adopted and amended by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, Department of Commerce, and as published in Division 4101:1 et seq. of the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC), including all subsequent revisions and replacements thereto.
