§ 298.05 MAYOR’S COURT CLERK.

The position of full-time Mayor’s Court Clerk shall be paid on an hourly basis at a rate per hour as established by ordinance of the Village Council. The Mayor’s Court Clerk shall assume all duties created by this code of ordinances for the position of Mayor’s Court Clerk.
