§ 298.01 FAILURE TO APPEAR; CAPIAS AND PENALTY.
   The Mayor, through his or her authorized delegate, may issue a capias to require the attendance of a person failing to appear in the Mayor’s Court, as ordered. Failing to appear shall be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be punishable by up to 30 days in jail, a fine of up to $250 for each offense or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day a person fails to appear.
