§ 280.04 ABOLISHMENT OF BOARD OF RECREATION.

After the effective date of this chapter (Ord. 82-5, passed 1-4-1982) and the appointment of the Park and Recreational Commissioner by the Mayor, and his or her confirmation by Council, the Board of Recreation shall be abolished.
